Every plan bundles the essentials: backups, security, updates, and monitoring. Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise offer increasing levels of hands-on support, so you only pay for what your site actually needs.
WordPress Maintenance & Updates
I review and apply routine core, plugin, and theme updates weekly, with a backup beforehand and key-page checks afterwards. Critical security updates are assessed as a priority. Updates can still cause conflicts, which I investigate if they occur.

Security Monitoring & Recovery Assistance
I monitor threats, maintain configured protections, and investigate alerts. Security controls reduce risk, but no website can be promised complete protection or instant cleanup.

I review performance monthly and address issues within your plan’s scope. Hosting changes and substantial redevelopment are quoted separately; scores and rankings are not guaranteed.

I help investigate eligible WooCommerce issues within the Professional 1-hour or Enterprise 3-hour total monthly allowance. Larger fixes, store operations, and new functionality are scoped and quoted separately.

Technical SEO Audits & Fixes
Technical SEO audits and fixes are separate from the care plans. I can review crawlability, indexing, metadata, and structured data, then quote the work before it starts. Rankings are not guaranteed.

Custom Development & Bug Fixes
Sometimes your site needs work beyond routine care. Eligible troubleshooting or layout work can use the selected plan’s support allowance; new functionality, custom integrations, redesigns, and larger development are quoted separately.

Monitoring
Automated uptime and security monitoring runs 24/7. Human support is Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm GMT, including public holidays.
Updates
Routine updates are reviewed and applied weekly, with a backup beforehand and key-page checks afterwards. Critical security updates are assessed as a priority.
Backups
Daily off-site backups are retained for 30 days, with an additional backup before significant maintenance changes.
Recovery
I investigate failures and restore from an available clean backup where appropriate. Recovery time depends on the incident, backup availability, and hosting access.
Security
I monitor threats, maintain configured protections, and investigate alerts. No website can be promised complete protection from every incident.
Performance
I review performance monthly and address issues within the plan’s scope. Hosting upgrades and substantial redevelopment are quoted separately. Scores and rankings are not guaranteed.
Reporting and Communication
I provide a monthly summary of updates, backups, availability, security findings, and recommendations. I acknowledge requests, explain the next step, and provide progress updates while an issue remains open.
Human support
Support Hours and Initial Response Targets
I provide human support Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm GMT, including public holidays. Sunday is outside support hours. Automated uptime and security monitoring continues 24/7.
- Site unavailable, suspected compromise, or checkout unavailable: initial response within 2 support hours.
- Important feature failing with a workaround: initial response within 1 business day.
- Routine questions and edits: initial response within 1 business day.
Response time counts only during support hours. A business day is Monday to Saturday. An initial response means I review your request and explain the next step; it does not mean the issue is resolved. I provide progress updates while it remains open.
